From our first conversation on the phone, it was clear that Jan’s focus was helping our business to grow using her experience in the HR field. We were really impressed with the Jan’s enthusiasm to thoroughly understand our business so that she could create a HR package which really targeted our staffing needs.

Jan took care of all the recruitment steps, from placing advertisements, sorting through resumes, initial phone interviews, and shortlisting applicants and then organising interview appointments. At our request she also attended the interviews to add her incisive interviewing techniques and fill in the gaps in the interview process.
She constructed employee induction processes, checklists, employment contracts, behavioural management plans, rostering within award compliance, WH&S compliance reports and put it altogether in a way that was easy to follow and implement. Jan also held our hands through numerous tricky staffing situations that arose during our process of implementing behavioural management and organisational change. Jan’s contribution to our business gave us the confidence we needed to manage our employees.
